Quality Commitment: All of the items at BestArtShop.com have been carefully selected for their originality and quality. In all cases your artwork is handmade, and often it’s one-of-a-kind. We try to provide you with accurate photographs; however, the actual product may look slightly different from its online representation. Please view multiple pictures of each item to give you a better idea of its craftsmanship.

All fine art is shipped directly from the artist or gallery. We are especially careful and conscientious in packaging paintings and prints to insure safe shipment. We use Federal Express Ground as our carrier to insure reliable service. If signature is required for delivery please let us know under comments. Generally, you can expect to receive an item within 1 to 2 weeks of your order. In some rare cases, artwork may not be available for 3 to 6 weeks because it is being exhibited. You will be notified in such cases. All of our fine art, except for the oil paintings, is sent to you professionally matted. Glass and fine craft pieces are given special care. Each piece is wrapped carefully to insure its safe arrival.

How Shipping is Calculated: All shipping charges are based upon the weight and size of the item as well as the amount of packaging materials used. Shipping charges are displayed per item. We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible while still providing you with the quality care your purchase demands. Shipping prices are for continental US only. NOTE: we are unable to ship to PO box addresses.

International Ordering: Currently we are shipping to Canada only. Please place your order & we will e-mail you the shipping rate which depends on the weight and size of your package. We normally ship via USPS Airmail, USPS Global Priority Mail, USPS Global Express Mail and FedEx ground.

Please note that we can not be held responsible for orders shipped Internationally. We by no means can control the actions of customs. We do retain all shipping receipts for proof of shipment. There is always the small possibility that customs may retain a package.

If Artwork Arrives Damaged: If your package appears to have been opened or has been damaged during shipping, call us immediately at 630.548.4003 Repackage your item in the same packaging material in which it arrived. We will arrange for pick-up.

Refund: Your credit card will be refunded 5 to 10 days after we receive your return.

Return Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund of the cost of the item. BestArtShop.com will cover the cost of the return. For a return, please contact us at 630.548.5003. We will notify our carrier and arrange pick-up. Return the item in the original packaging material.

Forms of Payment: Payment is by credit card only. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
